Jesse Fisher et al., Appellants, v. Francis X. Becker et al., Constituting The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Lynbrook, Respondents

June 9, 1969

Judgment modified, on the law and the facts, by striking from the decretal paragraph the words "dismissing plaintiffs' complaint" (which appear after the words "Adjudged that the defendants have judgment") and substituting therefor the following: "declaring that the urban renewal plan as adopted by the defendants is legal and valid and the plaintiffs are not entitled to the injunction sought in the complaint".
