The appellant was tried on an information lodged with the Justice of the Peace of the First District of Lee County, Mississippi, charging him with the crime of unlawfully driving an automobile on U.S. Highway 45 in Lee County, Mississippi, in violation of Section 8174, Mississippi Code 1942 Annotated (1956).
