This suit was commenced as a possessory action, and later changed by the plaintiff to a petitory action. At stake is a strip of land 16½ feet wide by approximately 412 feet long lying east of that portion of the centerline of Section 9, Township 18 North, Range 12 West which runs north from the southwest corner of the NW/4 of the NE/4, Bossier Parish, Louisiana.
