This is a motion for an order disallowing taxable costs for stenographic fees of an examination before trial of the plaintiff and for services of an interpreter at said examination.

The record indicates that the complaint was dismissed after trial. The plaintiff now claims that the afore-mentioned items were improperly taxed by the Clerk of this court. It is the plaintiff's contention that there is no authority for such allowances...
