HYDER, Judge.

Plaintiff in error, defendant below, Beverly "Bug" Wilson, was convicted of assault and battery and sentenced to serve eleven months and twenty nine days in the county jail and to pay a fine of three hundred dollars. His appeal in the nature of a writ of error is properly before this Court.
