This is an appeal in a summary judgment proceeding. Suit was originally filed in the District Court of Lubbock County on conspiracy and fraud, against the Citizens National Bank of Lubbock and thirty-three other defendants who are all alleged to be either directors of the bank, its officers, or its attorneys. Pleas of privilege were filed by E. G. Rodman, Earl G. Rodman, Jr., and W. D. Noel, and the case, as to these three defendants...
