Appellee (Pierce) says appellant (Crumpler) ran over his feet. Claiming "to be seriously, painfully and permanently injured" he sued Crumpler in the Circuit Court for Harford County. The case was tried on 4 March 1968 before Dyer, J., and a jury, resulting in a verdict in favor of Pierce for $5,000.
