On December 27, 1965, Norman H. Wolcott (appellant) obtained judgment in the Circuit Court for Howard County, in a suit for fraudulent conversion, against Mitchell Quick (appellee) in the amount of $17,000.00 with interest from that date and costs. This judgment was the result of the jury awarding actual damages of $2,000.00 and punitive damages in the amount of $15,000.00. On December 29, 1965, that judgment was entered...
