The facts in this case are best set forth in the stipulation filed by the parties hereto:

"1. That on or about May 20, 1966, the Plaintiff insured Harry H. Moore under a policy of automobile liability insurance which contained an uninsured motorist endorsement. "2. That on or about May 20, 1966, the Defendant insured Samuel Gurny under a policy of automobile liability insurance which contained an uninsured motorist endorsement.
