MURPHY, Justice.

In December 1966, appellant was dismissed from his position with the Anoka State Hospital after he had been found sleeping while on duty. After a hearing, the State Civil Service Board sustained his dismissal but ordered that he be placed on the reemployment list with a lower classification.
