In this action of contract the plaintiff seeks to recover for the amount of judgments rendered against it, and counsel fees incurred by it, in actions of tort arising from a motor vehicle collision involving a trailer owned by the plaintiff. It seeks this recovery against the defendant Great American Indemnity Company (Great American) as "an additional or omnibus insured" under a motor vehicle liability policy issued by Great American.
