The defendant, Larry Scott, was convicted of two counts of burglary, second degree, and appeals the judgments of conviction and sentences imposed thereon. The convictions are attacked on constitutional grounds: (1) The validity of a search warrant and (2) the denial of counsel at the defendant's preliminary hearing.
