On October 5, 1967, the Falun State Bank, Falun, Kansas, was robbed. William Haycock, Rudolph Williams, and Deloris Ware were charged by indictment with violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), (d), 18 U.S.C. § 2. Prior to trial, William Haycock pleaded guilty to the charge.
