FICKLING, Associate Judge:

Appellant was convicted by a jury of assault and petit larceny and sentenced for an indeterminate period under the Federal Youth Corrections Act.1

Complainant, William Jackson, was in a liquor store making a purchase when he was approached by two strangers, one of whom asked him, "Would you buy me a drink?" Jackson, being somewhat apprehensive, bought them a half pint of wine, picked up his liquor, and...
