BURGER, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal from convictions for robbery, assault, and assault with a deadly weapon.

Twenty-five minutes after the robbery had been committed Appellant, who fit a description broadcast by police radio, was seen by Officers Crist and Grove standing next to a car which was stopped in an alley approximately 40-50 yards from where the complainants had last seen their assailants; the hood of the car was raised and Appellant and another...
