This action was filed by the divorced wife to recover the proceeds of the decedent's life insurance policies, which named her as beneficiary. The decedent left a widow who also claimed the proceeds of the decedent's life insurance policies. The insurance companies admitted liability for payment of the proceeds, but faced with conflicting claims by the two claimants...
