Mr. and Mrs. Ignace Theriot brought this suit to recover damages for the death of their two sons, the wives of their two sons, and three minor grandchildren, children of their sons. All of these decedents were occupants of an automobile which was struck by a Texas and New Orleans Railroad Company (Southern Pacific Company) passenger train shortly before noon on Easter Sunday, April 14, 1963 at the Barton Avenue...
