This appeal is from a judgment in favor of Enrique G. Garcia, appellee, against Pacific Employers Indemnity Company, appellant. Garcia sued to recover benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Law. After jury trial, judgment was rendered awarding appellee compensation for 401 weeks at $35.00 per week, based upon total and permanent disability, plus medical bills, less credit for weekly...
