At the trial, the arresting officer testified that on November 30, 1967, he observed the defendant driving a car without a license plate, and when stopped the defendant stated that he did not have a driver's license. Defendant then produced a selective service card which gave the name of Thomas P. Carmody, date of birth as January 5, 1942, and address as 2235 Marlee Lane, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
