Charles Caton, Julian Andreu and James Andreu were charged on a one count indictment with burglary of the Bank of St. Peters, Missouri, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). The charges against James Andreu were dismissed on the morning of trial and he became the principal witness for the government.
