SAMUEL, Judge.

Plaintiff filed this suit under the Federal Employers' Liability Act for personal injuries and related damages sustained in an accident which occurred during his employment by the defendant, a railroad engaged in the interstate carriage of freight and passengers. The case was tried to a jury, which rendered a verdict in the total sum of $6,400, and that verdict was made the judgment of the court. Defendant has appealed.
