This is a direct appeal under the provisions of Article 1738a, Vernon's Ann.Tex. Civ.St. Suit was filed by the State of Texas against Dancetown, U.S.A., Inc., and others to recover unpaid admissions taxes, penalties and interest alleged to be owing under the provisions of Articles 21.02 to 21.04, inclusive, V.A.T.S.
