Glendel F. Howell was charged in the County Court of Caddo County, by Information, with the offense of Driving and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor; he was tried by a jury, found guilty and his punishment was fixed at 15 days imprisonment in the county jail of Caddo County, and a fine of $200.00. A timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
