OPINION

This is a case arising out of termination of a contract. The contract in question was entered into by Johnny W. Kromer and Photo-Scan International. By its terms Kromer was to be the Fort Worth area distributor of Photo-Scan products. Each claims that the other breached the contract, and this is the only question before the court at this time.
