ALMAND, Chief Justice.

Robert Manor was indicted for the murder of Lucille Williams. He was tried, found guilty and sentenced to death. His motion for a new trial upon the general grounds and 29 special grounds being overruled, he filed his notice of appeal, in which he enumerated as error each of the grounds contained in the amended motion for a new trial.
