Appellants Jacob and Louise Jensen filed a claim for $20,000 in the Probate Court of Clay County against the Estate of John R. McCall, deceased. The claim, which was based upon an alleged contract between the Jensens and McCall, was allowed after a hearing. This order was appealed to the Circuit Court by the Executor, Claude C.
