The Circuit Court for Montgomery County (Moorman, J.) on March 6, 1968, granted the motion of the appellee, Congressional Motors, Inc., the defendant below, to direct the verdict in its favor at the end of the case of the plaintiff below, David G. Peurifoy, the appellant here, on all three counts of the declaration. A motion for a new trial was filed and after a hearing was overruled by the trial court on July 2, 1968...
