In this action plaintiff-appellant, Roger Olsen, sought a declaratory judgment that a policy of automobile liability insurance issued by defendant-respondent, Preferred Risk Mutual Insurance Company, was in force and effect on July 16, 1966, when plaintiff was involved in an accident; that plaintiff was entitled to coverage and protection pursuant to the terms of the policy; and that he was entitled to recover his attorney's fees...
