This is a suit for breach of an express warranty in connection with the sale of an apartment project. Raymond Cohen, appellee, filed this suit against Joanne Badeaux, appellant, claiming damages for breach of warranty, in that the heating system and air conditioning system installed in the apartments were defective, and that such systems were not installed in a good and workmanlike manner.
