On report on an agreed statement. This is an action for the conversion of a station wagon accepted as a "trade in" by the defendant in June 1966.

The plaintiff on May 10, 1966 loaned one Gilson $6576. We quote from the agreed statement:

"A promissory note, security agreement and financing statement, Form U.C.C. 1,1 were prepared and executed by the parties. Form U.C.C. 1 bore the typed signature...
