After several months of police undercover activity, a search was made of the premises at 1842 and 1844 Monroe Street, N.W. pursuant to a warrant. Several bags of marihuana and utensils containing traces of marihuana were seized. The police arrested several occupants, among them appellant. He was the owner and manager of these rooming houses.
