Plaintiffs carried automobile liability insurance through the defendant, Hubert M. Blanchard, d/b/a Blanchard Insurance Agency. Defendant Blanchard did not renew the policy on its expiration date, April 16, 1967. Mr. Gary was involved in an automobile accident on April 27, 1967 while driving the uninsured vehicle.
