Appellants brought this action as a class suit on their behalf and all others similarly situated seeking a money judgment against appellees, together with a judicial declaration of their rights as authorized by Chapter 86, Florida Statutes, F.S.A. The case was tried by the court without a jury. From an adverse judgment, this appeal is taken.
