Appellant was convicted by a jury of attempted burglary in the second degree. D. C.Code 1967, § 22-103, § 22-1801 (Supp. II, 1969). There was evidence that appellant was found in the warehouse of Parson's Paper Company at 2:15 on the morning of December 26th.
