The bill of complaint in this cause, filed by appellee in the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County, in Equity, seeks by judicial decree to ascertain the true and legal boundary line between real property (an urban lot) owned by her, and real property (an urban lot) owned by respondent. From a final decree ascertaining and fixing the boundary, respondent appeals.
