HASWELL, Justice.

A tenant secured a jury verdict of $28,118.30 against a motel owner based upon injuries sustained in a fall while stepping out of a bathtub. The motel owner appeals from the judgment entered on this verdict and from denial of his motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.
