This is a suit for damages arising out of an intersectional automobile collision. Judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff Lawrence Paul Turner for $2,459.82 for damages as a result of personal injuries sustained and in favor of plaintiff Paul Abraham for $283.36 for damage to his automobile. The judgment is against the defendants, W. D. Ewing, Callender Auto Rental, Inc., and Fidelity General Insurance Company, in solido. A judgment was rendered...
