Charles Wesley English, plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was charged, tried by jury while represented by court-appointed counsel, and convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County of Burglary in the Second Degree, After Former Conviction of a Felony, case number 30366.
