Plaintiffs brought suit to quiet title to certain real property which they had purchased from one Walter Dunn in October, 1964. The defendants were holders of various judgments against Mr. Dunn, all of which were recorded several years prior to the time plaintiffs puchased the property. The issue was whether such property was entitled to the constitutional homestead exemption against forced sale, Florida Const., Art. X, § 1, F.S.A. The trial court...
