I'ANSON, Justice.

This action was instituted by Willie Whitfield, administrator of the estate of Janice Elizabeth Bryant, deceased, against the defendants, Whittaker Memorial Hospital, Dr. Russell E. Reid and Sara Sayles, to recover damages for the alleged wrongful death of plaintiff's decedent, who died before regaining consciousness after surgery. There was a jury trial, and at the conclusion of plaintiff's evidence defendants moved the court to strike out plaintiff...
