Appellant, Frank Lester Brock, stands convicted of willfully and knowingly possessing fifty gallons of whiskey without tax stamps in violation of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C.A. § 5205(a) (2) and 26 U.S.C.A. § 5604(a) (1). After a careful study of the briefs and record, we have determined that this appeal is appropriate for summary disposition without oral argument.
