Mrs. Joy Compton, while driving a community-owned automobile west on U. S. Highway 80 in Bossier City, Louisiana, was involved in an intersectional collision with a car being driven south on Airline Drive by Mrs. Bobbie Lodestro. Miss Caroline Taylor was a passenger in the Compton vehicle. Mrs. Compton and her husband sued for damages for personal injuries and medical expenses.
