This is an action against the defendant, a physician, in which it is alleged that the plaintiff's decedent, Mrs. Ida Levett, went to the defendant's office as a patient; that she was advanced in age and infirm and used a cane for the purpose of supporting her body; and that while she was there she fell and was injured owing to the negligence of the defendant, his agents or servants in failing to assist her in disrobing...
