BREITENSTEIN, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff-appellant sued to recover on a fire insurance policy issued by defendant-appellee Farmers Insurance Exchange. The district court granted summary judgment for the defendant on the ground that the policy had been voided by concealment and misrepresentation of the ownership of the property insured. This appeal followed.

The policy was issued on July 8, 1966, in the amount of $65,000 and named as the insured William Haley...
