This case involves an automobile insurance policy issued by the defendant, Citizens Mutual Insurance Company, to Ben Lachman, the owner and driver of a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with another automobile owned and operated by John Firosz on April 5, 1963. At the time of the accident the plaintiff Abram Naparstek was a guest passenger in the Lachman vehicle.
