Plaintiffs herein bring this suit as the sole heirs and legatees of B. M. McLaughlin, who died on April 6, 1966. The decedent was the owner of a mortgage note executed by defendant, Mrs. Lenora P. Knox, in the amount of $8,322.00, dated January 25, 1965, and payable in monthly installments.
