This is an automobile accident suit instituted by the plaintiff, Myra H. Sullivan, against the City of Denham Springs, Randell Mitchell, and The Travelers Insurance Company, the liability insurer of a truck owned by the City of Denham Springs, and operated by Randell Mitchell.
