OPINION

WALKER, Presiding Judge.

The defendants below, Harold Allen Nix and Edward Bernard Saynay, were jointly indicted by the Shelby County Grand Jury for armed robbery. At their trial Nix entered a plea of guilty, and the jury fixed his punishment at ten years in the penitentiary. Saynay pleaded not guilty, but the jury also convicted him of armed robbery and fixed the same punishment for him...
