This matter is before us on a motion to dismiss the appeal lodged in this court by Gloria Delesdernier, wife of Paul Marchand.

The litigation was initiated on July 1, 1963 by Mrs. Marchand against the defendants, Gene Thorpe Finance, Inc. and Siegfried B. Christensen. On October 10, 1968 the defendants filed a motion and order for dismissal of the suit for want of prosecution for five years under LSA-C...
