As stated in the brief of appellant, this action is a consolidated action brought originally in two lawsuits, each by East Oakland Auto Auction, a California corporation, against appellant herein, Norman Cadle, and Vincent Murphy Chevrolet Company, Inc., with an interpleader taken against E. R. Broom. Uncontested judgment was taken against defendants Norman Cadle and E. R. Broom by appellant and Vincent Murphy Chevrolet Company...
